Why to do M&E Studies?

Government and Private Companies are undertaking big projects and spend huge money on both commercially oriented and development oriented project. When big project like Education to all, Sanitization of Rural, Rural/Urban Employment creation, etc, doing field activities spending money and implementation alone cannot justify the amount spent and there should be way to assess whether the project got it objectives set, whether resources are utilized properly as per plan, or the original plan was any time revised and rescheduled and proper man power deployed, whether the focused beneficiary/target group got the real benefit, etc
