Two days Programme on

Program Contents:

• Who Am I?

• My core skill inventory

• My Motivation 

• How to Improve my Communication Skill 

• How to write a Resume? How to face GD/Interview

• My Managerial Leadership Entrepreneurial Style

The benefits of the program-The Takeaways

• Finding own personality type and how to face the challenges

• Impact of different personality styles

• Improved confidence 

• willingness to adapt to changing situations 

• Readiness to take responsibilities

• Sessions:  Totally 8 Sessions; each day four sessions & each session one- hour duration (9.30 am   to 1.30 pm)

• Lunch: 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm;

• Programme  Fee:  A nominal fee of Rs 600/ per participant. Number of participants be strictly restricted to 80 in order to maintain interaction and   ensure the quality of the program.-the fee includes pen, pad, course notes/handouts, tea/biscuits, lunch, etc.
