Missing leadership quality: 

               Indian youth is brilliant and knowledgeable, but to be guided to achieve anything. Youth should have high ambition to achieve. Most of youth  like to be a follower of others rather than leading from front. Leadership skills and entrepreneur skills have interconnectivity. Lack of leadership qualities among the youth is the cause for concern in our country. The present scenario does not encourage the students to cultivate leadership qualities, which are the essence for entrepreneurial skills.

              Our youth when they get their Higher Education or job in US/Europe, get the real time experience in handling personal and business challenges. That is mainly, they were oriented /trained in knowing self, first and through specially designed interventions they undergo special programmes   on:
